Daily Duties at Alter Care Of Canton:
Oversee staff and monitor for inconsistant nursing practices and educate staff to allow them to increase their consistancy in giving nursing care. Give inservices as needed. Monitor wounds within the facility and put into place wound care. Report to the Ohio Board of Nursing and the Director of Nursing as needed. Commity meetings as assigned.
