Responsibilities included oversight of all financial activities of the Company, including preparation of all required filings for submission to the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook. • Member of the Bank’s Investment Committee which included direct oversight of the investment portfolio in excess of $500 million. • Served as Chairman on the ALCO Committees. • Prepared and presented all internal financial reports to the Board of Directors. • Supervised internal audit program. • Served as a member of the Compliance, Technology, and Pricing Committees. • Served on the Board of Directors of four bank subsidiaries. • Responsible for determining the Federal Deferred Taxes.
