Daily Duties at Nova Bank:

Oversight and direction of all financial activities of the Company, including forecasting and budgeting, development of acquisitions and preparation of three Private Placement Memorandums. • Supervised all internal and regulatory reporting requirements. • Served as Chairman on the ALCO, Investment and Liquidity Committees. • Served as a member on the Loan and Pricing/Product Development Committees. • Senior member of the Company’s Acquisition Team. • Responsible for Federal, State and Local tax analysis.
