Provided comprehensive supervision of all critical business operations, document management, digital-on demand print, database variable print applications, and offset print. Coordinated projects with scheduling manager, art director, and digital imaging department, guiding production, processing, and distribution. Developed budgets and approved expenditures. Managed SOPs for resource allocation for labor and equipment to meet production targets. Reviewed processing schedules and production orders, determined inventory requirements, and monitored work flow. Client roster included Sears, Harley Davidson, K-Mart, Ulta Cosmetics, The Great Indoors, Quixtar, Linens and Things, Chicago Cubs.
