Coordinated and managed the production of all print and signage jobs. Interfaced with all zoo departments and project managers; established and maintained production schedules for all aspects of a job; responsible for bid solicitation and comparison of all projects, and for all outside projects during the budgeting process; monitored projects at each phase, advising designers, editors and project managers of timetables and budgets; worked with project managers to maintain smooth job flow and minimize miscommunication; maintained departmental job tracking system; produced design and signage projects as needed.
