Daily Duties at Rcs Restaurant Computer Solutions:
Responsible for organizing a small crew to install small LAN and Wi-Fi network in restaurants, install and setup PC’s and Servers. Programmed PC’s (point of sale systems) with FOCUS software. Provided in-person and phone support to end users. Repaired and upgraded systems with hardware and software when necessary. Job description entailed rotational weekend support (24 hours).
