Daily Duties at American University:

• Responsible for purchasing and receiving all equipment for 15 sports teams including other divisions within the Athletic Department. • Coordinated the athletic departments switch from Champion apparel to Nike apparel. • Designed the layout for all general issue equipment for teams within the Athletic Department. • Supervised staff of over 90 student-employees and numerous other everyday tasks consistent with running the Athletic Department in conjunction with coaches, senior staff, administration and student-athletes. • Assist in preparing all revenue and expense accounts for the Athletic Department in conjunction with various departments at the University, including Accounting, Internal Audit and the Bursar's office. • Responsible for tracking and updating monthly budgets of 19 sports teams as well as all other divisions within the Athletic Department., also prepared financial reports for Internal and External Audits. • Coordinated all aspects of travel for all teams, coaches and support staff in the entire Athletic Department including hotels, ground/air transportation and meals. • Manage staffing for all events held at American University, and oversee preparation for games, graduations, and other events at Bender Arena, including management of all concession and merchandise operations. • Oversaw and executed all pre game set up and break down of all athletic events. • Responsible for developing and maintaining the practice schedules for all athletic fields and arena.
