Daily Duties at Elite Consulting Group:

• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing a team that consisted of (3) recruiters, (4) Account Managers, and (3) Operations personnel. • Responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s operations • Oversaw the management of the company’s financials including but not limited to A/R, A/P, billing, payroll, financial statements analysis, budgeting and bank reconciliation. • Responsible for all HR ( Benefits, Insurance, IRA contributions, commissions, system passwords & security) • Created sales campaign that was instrumental in winning 5 new corporate clients • Oversaw the creation of new company website ( including writing and ad placements) • Responsible for commission determination, allocation and distribution • Managed all contract negotiations and reviews with clients, vendors, and consultants. • Responsible for creating leads, and developing a feasible network of business associates and potential clients in order to reach targeted sales quotas. • Provided consulting services for Staff Aug, Projects, and Offshore development to direct clients. • Experience selling consulting services to CIO,CEO,CFO,VP , and Directors. • Identified, pursued, and closed the largest consulting contract in company history. • Manage and follow execution of clients needs, address clients’ complaints, and make sure each client is satisfied. • Responsible for the planning and execution of weekly staff meeting • Strong experience in responding to RFP, negotiating contracts/rates, and closing the point of sale.
