Supervised 25 stores in Lacey, Tacoma, Puyallup, Olympia, Chehalis, Port Orchard, Bremerton and Silverdale, Washington. Implemented budgets, community outreach programs, quality assurance, hiring, retention and disciplinary concerns with technicians, pharmacists and interns, created summer intern programs, resolved customer complaints that could not be solved in the store.
