Managed and established a stable and contractual compliant relationship between CTS and Dell. Optimized inventory management in fulfillment and reverse logistics areas. Member of executive team identifying new 257,000 square foot facility, planning facility layout and executed full relocation of two business units to new facility. As Business Unit Manager Apple, coordinated the resurgence and rescuing of the entire business unit after failed QBR. Chaired daily ops meeting managing 15 direct reports: coordinated the analysis, corrective actions and execution of KPI’s and business unit metrics to contractual requirements. Executed P and L Forensics activities. Initiated start-up and ramp of new fulfillment business to HP. Coordinated team efforts in developing production layout, manpower, quality, engineering, BOM creation, kitting, work cells, all SOP’s and SOW, KPI’s and delivery of 290 NPI’s. All of these activities were accomplished in a diverse work force of Asian, European, Spanish and American cultures.
