Daily Duties at Self Employed:

Set appointments with clients. Showed various products to employer so they could choose what they thought best for their employees. Helped implement pre-tax savings accounts for various products. Performed meetings for employees to explain products and how they would benefit them when needed. Enrolled employees in various products, made sure they understood product and forwarded payroll deduction information to employer for deduction in the next month. Performed enrollment on company supplied software and downloaded to company when enrollment was completed each day. Filed claims when employee needed assistance, many times going to the Dr or hospital to obtain correct information so claim could be paid. Assisted in billing issues between insurance company and employer and getting situation resolved.
