Daily Duties at Sunterra Resorts:
Oversee the month-end closing activities of $34MM business unit of multi-state resort operation to include management of 5 direct reports, association billing , Interco reconciliation activity, balance sheet account/accrual requirement analysis and timely financial statement and critique preparation in order to appraise the fiscal soundness & operating effectiveness of the resort unit. Responsible for managing and mentoring the professional development of highly-performing accounting work team of 5 direct reports.
