Oversee the month-end closing activities of $34MM business unit of multi-state resort operation to include association billing , Interco reconciliation activity, balance sheet account/accrual requirement analysis and timely financial statement and critique preparation in order to appraise the fiscal soundness & operating effectiveness of 21 different resort unit.
