Hired by the company President to provide management of office and remote Canadian team members covering 8 direct reports for ensuring accurate and timely processing of A/R , A/P, external/internal financial reporting, Payroll, cash flow management, financial planning/forecasting, relationship with CPA firm and tax filing/reporting for entire company. Coordinate preparation of multi-unit Operation Budget & development of sales/profit objectives and business forecasts as well as managing performance against plan.
