Daily Duties at Info Vista:
Accounts Receivables: generated over 50 monthly invoices. Contacted customers to clarify billing and collection issues. Prepared cash entries and cash forecast. Accounts Payables: processed checks and wires payments for over 100 vendors, making sure the payments were made for goods or services received by the company. Assisted month end closing activities: Prepare balance sheet reconciliations. Calculated and prepared journal entries for prepaid expenses, managed fixed asset schedules and depreciation. Prepared payroll for 53 employees processing salaries, benefits, deduction and taxes. Prepared accounting entries and reconciled payroll account by the end of the month
