Daily Duties at Eastern Industries, Inc.:
Monitor the network/connectivity between sites, Active Directory (AD) account creation, modification and deletion as needed for about 125 users , AD permissions/security, MS Exchange monitoring and mailbox Data creation for about 450 users, modification and deletion as needed, backup of the servers, monitor Anti Virus software to ensure it was current for stopping new threats. Even thought I am in a Network Administrator role, I still provide desktop/help desk support as describe in the PC technician role under "Career Progression". Even though I was put into this role for the above list, I actually went on to configure, install and maintain/support wireless, VPN and firewall/router technolgies as needed. I also supported APEX users. APEX is a system for stone aggregate companies to bill customer for stone they purchase
