Daily Duties at Key Bank Real Estate Capital, Inc.:
• Successfully managed portfolio and performed asset review of approximately 180 securitized loans representing $2.0 billions in assets to ensure compliance with requirements pursuant to contractual agreements. • Served as a main contact for clientele regarding any servicing issues related to CMBS loans. • Reviewed/analyzed and underwrote mortgage requests pertaining to issues such as lease reviews, Letter of Credit releases, major holdback reserve requests, etc. • Performed intensive monitoring for those loans designated by the investor or servicer as being substandard. • Oversaw post closing compliance issues and assisted in the development of system reporting and internal monitoring controls. • Monitored and took necessary action relating to the collection of all loan payments. • Assisted on team to recommend revisions to policies and procedures to upper management. • Trained fellow staff members to ensure all policy and procedures were followed.
