Due to the ever changing administration within the system, my duties and responsibilities changed through the years. My various skill set are in these areas: Assessment, social service support, music therapy, art therapy, group/Individual counseling, Training, Organizational Development, Youth MEntor, Advocate, Special Education ( Team) Curriculum support/ therapeutic program development,Policy Development, Parent Community Outreach worker, Psych staff Support specializing in compassion fatigue.
