Daily Duties at Southwest Health Center:

Planned, organized, directed, coordinated and evaluated the nursing care in the Med/Surg and ER areas on a 24 hur basis within the Nursing Standards and Policies. Completed and adjusted the annual budget. Reponsible for maintaining optimal level of nursing care for units based on patient census and classification. Liaison between nursing and hospital administration and staff as necessary. Insured professional growth and education of staff.
