Daily Duties at Oakwood Lutheran Homes:
Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and evaluate the care given to residents in a 137 bed Medicare and Medicaid certified Nursing Home within the Oakwood Continuum of Care Community. Assure quality and state of the art care. Prepare and evaluate annual budget. Active in intra- and inter-departmental problem solving. Effectively maintain a quality facility at all times. Actively involved in facility renovation plans as well as development of East Side Campus and program. Responsible for directing and coordinating Medical Records program, Purchasing, and Central Stores.
