Daily Duties at Ibm :
Recruited to run IBMs large computer division. The responsibilities included managing a yearlyfinancial budget in excess of $100M, monthly reporting of reported actuals as compared to the budget as well as developing the strategic plan for the following years. Each month report to upper level financial and technical management variances between the budget and actuals for the month. Provide management with forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis. My responsibility was to manage a group of 5 financial analysts and coordinate their efforts along with my input and work product into a total division financial reporting package.
