Daily Duties at Morningside House Management:
• Works along side the Director of Sales & Marketing and in her absence supports the overall activities of the Marketing Department. • Primarily responsible for the successful transition of a new resident to the community. • Serves as primary point of contact for residents/families, focusing on customer service and quality assurance. • Initiates and oversees the move-in procedure for new residents to include: scheduling, completion of initial paperwork, financial arrangements and orientation. • In conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing, plans and implements sales-related activities to generate leads for the sole purpose of meeting or exceeding budgeted occupancy goals. • Participates in networking throughout the service of geographic area of the facility to include, but not limited to, professional organizations and health agencies. • Ensure all required marketing reports, statistics and other information be completed and maintained in computerized lead base system to include IntraCare, You’ve Got Leads and other systems as requested. • Coordinates tours for potential residents, families or others ensuring that individuals are treated courteously and receive positive customer service. • Attends educational seminars as needed or appropriate to include, but not limited to, corporate marketing meetings, networking functions, home visits and visits to other health care providing facilities. • Provides required paperwork to Director of Health & Wellness and Executive Director prior to move-ins, as per state regulation. • Coordinates meetings with appropriate department heads prior to move-ins, assuring all directors meet the new residents.
