Daily Duties at Morningside House Management:
• Directs all sales and marketing activities to meet and exceed budgeted occupancy goals at all times. • Develops and implements an aggressive, detailed, strategic marketing and networking plan in conjunction with community and company-wide initiatives. • Develops and implements marketing campaigns to support Quarterly Marketing Plans for the purpose of meeting or exceeding occupancy goals. • Oversees marketing staff and ensures that they work as a team in their common objective to meet and exceed occupancy goals. • Initiate and coordinate tours for potential residents, families, or others for the purpose of generating and closing qualified leads. • Directs marketing support staff and provides oversight in their initiatives to generate and coordinate viable leads for the purpose of accomplishing team goals. • Directly responsible for ensuring all required marketing reports, statistics, and other information be completed and maintained in computerized lead base systems. • Directly responsible for overseeing networking within the community to maintain and develop referral contacts and potential qualified leads through educational seminars, networking functions and community events as well as visiting competitors or designated professional referral sources. • Initiate and oversee the move-in procedure for new residents to include: scheduling, completion of paperwork, financial arrangements and orientations. • Initiates and coordinates special events or promotional activities by working collaboratively with other departments for the purpose of marketing the community. • Supervises the marketing counselor, concierge staff and driver to include, but not limited to, performance evaluations, disciplinary issues, coaching, counseling and training. • Prioritizes and schedules activities of department to reach designated monthly, quarterly and annual occupancy goals.
