Daily Duties at Edwin Watts Golf:
• Effectively manage HR practices, worker’s compensation, various personnel reports, severance agreements, EEO Compliance, recruiting, training, new hire requirements and orientation, pre-employment drug screening and background requirements, and manage hiring decisions, terminations, and all HR issues • Resolve labor law issues working directly with legal counsel and relate policy to employees • Advise CFO and VP of Retail Operations when determining departmental payroll budgets, pay adjustments, developing pay plans and review pay structure to comply with FLSA exempt and non exempt positions • Conduct investigations, documentation and manage employee relation issues at all levels of the company in a professional manner. Create and complete all necessary documentation and deliver disciplinary action as necessary.
