Daily Duties at Resort Quest International:

• Serve as a business partnership with other disciplines to implement Human Resources strategies and programs to achieve businesses objectives and organizational goals • Design, implement and administer polices and procedures that are essential to the company practices and functions within the limits of the law • Responsible for all aspects of human resources for over 3000 employees in multiple states to include but not limited to the administration and compliance of Federal laws EEO, ADA, ADEA, OSHA and FLSA • Negotiate all benefit programs and administrate Section 125, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, and 401(k) compliance • Ability work with other leaders and suggest alternatives to effectively plan and organize HR function to achieve initiatives
