Daily Duties at Idatech Llc :
Promoted to drive quality management system operations (manufacturing, sales / marketing, engineering, supply chain, and field services) for leading global producer of hydrogen-based fuel-cell systems and fuel reforming technologies.; Orchestrate optimization and maintenance of ISO 9001, quality management system encompassing full product development lifecycle from design to manufacturing and delivery. Plan and coordinate quality improvement projects to address customer needs. Generate annual quality objectives. Lead and handle internal / external audits as well as related customer communications, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventative processes. Deliver reports, presentations, proposals, and recommendations to executives. Train and evaluate internal auditors in ISO 9001:2008, maintenance module utilization, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
