Daily Duties at Kgs:

- Oversaw multiple projects of various kinds -- Oversaw a Neurosciences Research project for the Air Force (a project that was researching brain trauma with the goal of improving battle field first aid, triage, and the overall treatment of brain injuries to reduce the long-term adverse affects of brain injury occurrences during combat. Project resulted in measurable reductions in deaths (25% reduction in deaths due to head trauma) and long-term debilitating affects (50% increase in improved brain functionality) -- Administrative Services projects for the US Air Force Dental Command and Veterinary Medicine Command. -- Information Security project for Perot Systems to help them secure critical information for the Department of Education, Department of Treasury, and Department of Homeland Security. - Develop project budgets and ensure those budgets are managed properly. - Manage project budgets in excess of $2M. - Develop project task requirements and assign team members to specific project roles. Project teams ranged from 2 to 8 team members. - Complete annual performance reviews for 8 employees under management. - Report project progress to customers and KGS executive management. - Assist in the identification and development of new business for KGS. Wrote technical proposals that aided in winning more than $3M in new business for KGS.
