Daily Duties at Sephora :
Product Consultant -Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. -Identify sales prospect and contact these and other accounts as assigned. -Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. -Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. -Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. -Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock. -Communicate zone floor coverage needs to Beauty Supervisor or Beauty Manager. -Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. -Helping people if they need question about products. -Guiding them what they want and helping them to what to pick of product they really fits to them. - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
