Managed $1 billion domestic landscape business for over 2,200 stores •Exceeded 2010 sales plan by $18M, and increased gross margin appreciatively by 20% in an extremely challenging sales environment •Work Closely with vendor partners on assortment planning and costs negotiations which increased revenue by 25% Ensure on-time delivery of 99% fill-rates through consistent communication and follow-up with vendors, transportation, international logistics and distribution centers •Implement and execute pricing strategies to capture a 35% market share from direct competitors •Partnered with merchants to recap sales performance, and improve on future buying strategies •Present projects and data analysis to senior level executives and merchandising partners •Supported stores on achieving above goal in stock levels for highly seasonal programs •Facilitate formal training classes on the IBM & Store Order Management Systems for incoming inventory analysts
