Develop and execute operational plan for museum. Develop and execute conservation plan for historic structures and artifacts. Conceive, develop and execute large scale public events Manage paid and volunteer staff. Create and implement OSHA compliant operation plan for historic machines Created and delivered orientation for all staff and volunteers. Develop and execute educational programming meeting Ohio Board of Regents curriculum standards. Evaluate collection needs, pursue and add artifacts to support museum program. Register and manage collection of the museum. Champion museum needs during the budget development process. Design and execute capitol projects. Coordinate multiple contractors. Reverse engineer complex historic mechanical systems. Design replacement parts for historic machines. Fabricate Replacement parts. Coordinate museum operations with other park departments. Market and sell grist mill products.
