Daily Duties at P&A Group, Inc.:

As the Marketing Relationship Manager with P&A Group, a full-services Third Party Administrator and Broker of employee benefits, I was responsible for the overall marketing/sales support for the consumer-driven healthcare accounts including FSA/HRA/Parking/Transit/COBRA/Consolidated and Reverse billing clients. When I started at P&A in 2001 the company was facing a major change in the Executive Team and had experienced revenue losses for the 3rd consecutive year. Recognizing the need to build and rebuild a positive rapport with the 900+ existing clients representing in excess of 80,000 employees, I started the rigorous process of developing job descriptions to begin building the client management teams.
