Daily Duties at Engage Point :

Product Business Analyst (non-technical) responsible for developing the product roadmap, understanding, documenting and communicating client requirements to the business analysts, engineers, developers and UI teams. Responsibilities also included monitoring the progress and any changes to the product roadmap, documenting product and release backlogs,, mock-ups using Snag-it and Balsamic, writing user personas and use cases in JIRA and Confluence. . In addition, client account management for legacy software PowerPlus, contract negotiations, compliance and regulatory updates and support and general training of CDH plans for all levels throughout the company.
