• Identified and monitored CTD funded IT efforts and maintained the yearly IT Investment portfolio plan. Portfolio consisted of new, existing and transitioning programs. • Accredited and certified in FBI DIOG training supported by Counterterrorism Division • Performed gap analysis assessments to assess current IT capabilities against future needs to ensure no degradation in mission capability, for new and existing programs. • Forecasted and identified future technology and resource needs for out-year funding requirements. Followed financial plan for two-year and five-year funding cycles. Prepared comprehensive IT investment plan following standard practice life cycle methodologies, including Research and Development transition programs. • Provided verification and assessment of OMB 300 documentation for all CTD sponsored IT projects. Reviewed, assessed and verified program management documentation for all CTD sponsored IT projects. Supervised approximately 45 program and project managers. • Established Roadmap to map existing CTD IT programs into future programs with commonality and information sharing identifying technology transition paths. • Supported information sharing between divisions, branches and external agencies within the Intelligence Community and State Department; Life Cycle Management Process; Information Technology Governance Board • Identified and provided response to technical issues within the Domestic Terrorist Task Force and undercover units. Advised CTD management of technical changes and implications. • Responsible for Business Development and Program Growth
