Daily Duties at It Solutions, Llc :
• Responsible for increasing and maintaining market share for company services through strong business relationships. • Lead market penetration strategies, and competitive analysis and enhancements for current and future deliverables • Capture manager on proposal efforts within Intel and National Security markets; proposal writing, evaluating and editing. • Manage on-site teams supporting mission critical activities for customers in restricted security environments. Resolved any personnel issues involving performance and/or security issues. • Set and monitored individual and team operations performance goals to meet company objectives. Held team accountable to forecasts and insist on pro-activity in the marketplace. • Ensured that professional and personal development needs of individual staff members were being met; employee performance appraisals.
