• Preparing the general ledger entries and reconciliations for month-end closing • Managing payment related activities of the company by processing ACH, EFT, Wire Transfer • Recording payroll entries, fixed asset transactions and depreciation posting. Performing bank reconciliations • Ensuring and accurate timely, monthly, quarterly and year-end closing • Researching and documented specific federal, state and IFTA tax issues. • Preparing the monthly and year-end balance sheet and income statement , year-end tax forms /W2 and 1099
