Daily Duties at Sava Solutions:
• Document and analyze FBI core processes, procedures and resources, identify inefficiencies and correct levels of staffing for core functions and reengineer outdated or inefficient processes that have an impact on operations for Counter Terrorism Division. • Define, map and analyze vertical core processes from Units to Division level and horizontal processes with US Intelligence Community and foreign governments. • Establish performance goals and reengineer core processes, work with management to prioritize goals; ensure reengineering core processes have a positive impact on operations and strategy. • Develop and monitor comprehensive plan and schedule to manage construction and implementation of reengineering of core processes with critical elements and milestones identified. Maintain and configure rollout plan with appropriate training. • Advise Senior Leadership on Strategic and Tactical Business Operations • Business Development and Program Growth
