Project/Mission Expense Analysis, Budget preparation using multiple currencies. Creating, tracking, presenting monthly management control reports.Reviewing expenditures to ensure conformance to budget. In charge of treasury management and company bank accounts. Assisting Controller and Senior Manager when required. Weekly coordination and communication with accountants in Montreal, Montevideo and Paris. Member of the team responsible for new in-house software (Oracle based) installation and data transfer.Assisted with human resource management - 401 k plan administration, health insurance, and flexible account management. Primary point of contact for overseas banking and financial staff. Monitoring contract compliance for office and equipment leases. Assisted in reorganizing accounting department procedures. Assisted outside auditors in audit process.
