Daily Duties at Cti:

In this role, prior to being absorbed by 3Com, I directed & managed the operations group of systems engineers, technicians, systems testing engineers, and technical writers in providing expert support to development and to our customers. During this time, through my testing group, I initiated a unique testing system that both shortened the testing cycle and increased confidence in the suite of tests performed. On the technical side, I served as a subject matter expert (SME) on SCO Unix working with junior and senior engineers and developers in the administration of development and testing systems.
