Daily Duties at 3 Com Corporation:

I directed a professional services team of district managers and systems engineers in providing expert support on a variety of 3Com Corporation Carrier products from Illinois to Kentucky and everything east of there with parts of Canada included. I also administered the primary support for the Unified Messaging platforms throughout the US, and internationally. In this role, I performed business development activities as well as quelling concerns from existing customers from client services perspective. My management team, with offices in Washington, DC, New York, NY, and Chicago, IL coordinated efforts across the Northern Area to both satisfy current clients and to ensure that new clients were properly treated and received the promised communications capabilities on time and with a minimum of disruption.
