Daily Duties at Invicta Network, Inc:

Hiring on as the Director of Operations in this start-up organization, I worked with the Sales team in establishing marketing and pricing levels. In 6 months, I was promoted to Vice President of Operations and was tasked with the establishment of the initial Operations Department. I developed the Technical Operations Department with the capability to test software functionality from an independent perspective, to provide service desk capability to existing and future customers, and to manage the manufacturing capability of the organization. As an officer of the company, I engaged in Business Development and both tactical and strategic planning for the company. During my tenure as the VP of Ops, I also crafted an agreement with a local manufacturer to produce our printed circuit boards at a specified operational yield (better than 99%).
