- Implement and manage the company's information security program. Started it from scratch. - Develop, distribute, and ensure security policies and procedures are adhered to within the company. - Develop and manage the company's incident response process. - Develop and manage the company's vulnerability management program. - Develop and manage the company's flaw remediation program. - Develop and manage the company's cyber threat intelligence program. - Plan and implement security monitoring solutions for the company. - Develop and manage the company's security monitoring processes. - Develop and manage the company's security awareness program. To include the planning and conducting of training presentations to fulfill annual and periodic security training requirements. - Implement and chair the company's strategic information technology planning committee. - Manage the company's change management process. - Manage the company's disaster recovery processes, to include development of the DR plans. - Implement and manage the company's Risk Management program and processes. Ensure those processes are tied to business operational objectives. - Develop and manage the company's annual information technology and information security budgets. Manage all IT or IS related projects within the company. - Negotiate all IT and IS related contracts with third party vendors and services providers. - Ensure the company is compliant with all applicable government regulatory and industry standards. - Conduct periodic IT and IS controls audits to measure compliance with such standards as well as internal policy and procedures. - Conduct routine vulnerability assessments and penetration tests. - Work with IT manager to develop configuration baseline standards.
