Daily Duties at Neiman Marcus:
To Built and maintained strong working relationships by discussing and improving strategies with buyers, vendor representatives, and department staff. Supervised staff of 40 associates and to insure they provide superior customer service and to have a close monitor in tracking that their sales goals were met. Planned consecutive in-store events, maximized sales opportunities and improved event bookings by coordinating with Public Relations department, adjacent department managers and staff. Operated registers and store computer programs: P.O. Front, Extra-MPS, and RF System, MS Office, Excel Analyzed business trends and developed selling strategies. Supervised inventory control, shipping and handling assistance. Developed and maintained a high standard of merchandising, placement, and proper display techniques in order to create an inviting impression for customers. Supported the Store Manager to achieve store financial and merstat goals. Resolved customer service issues and complaints on operational matters. Train and integrate new associates to Store Standards and Selling Etiquete.
