Daily Duties at Rockwell Automation:
• Identify variances between project costs and actual cost as in accordance with the Bill of Materials. • Use various reports in SAP software to analyze revenue recognition. • Reconcile all revenue and deferred revenue accounts. • Review contract monthly to determine what percentage of revenue to recognize depending on the contract type. • Prepare invoices to customers when needed in SAP. • Balance various inter-company transactions. • Train and assist others on SAP software. • Setup and conduct system conversions. • Organize and standardize software capitalization projects. • Conduct and organize presentation for various financial statements. • Analyze financial statements. • Reconcile various general ledger accounts. • Analyze data to determine cost needed on a project. (These costs include material, labor and overhead.)
