Organized, directed and motivated multidiscipline pursuit teams to develop strategic sales deliverables. Actively worked with a varying number (1-10) of sales and operational personnel nationally to develop and implement win strategies; coordinate competitor and internal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analysis to create distinctive competitive advantages; and conduct Go/No Go and win strategy review meetings. Planned, organized and directed all elements of Request for Proposals or Request for Qualifications and responsive proposals by: - Analyzing the client requests; - Developing response plans; - Initiating Go/No Go meetings; - Coordinating and conducting strategy review meetings; - Conducting kick-off meetings; - Managing and working with multidiscipline / multiregion pursuit teams to develop response sections; - Conducting in-progress reviews; - Preparing internal review team packages; - Incorporating input from review teams; and - Ensuring timely delivery of responses. Translated Win Strategies into key themes and drove them into sales documents through a disciplined storyboarding process that articulates compelling sales messages with benefits statements, graphics, and proofs. Developed and maintained qualification materials including project descriptions, experience matrices/overviews, safety and quality statistics, and capability statements. Captured and developed performance proofs and client testimonials. Ensured that all sales documents complied with established corporate identity program and client confidentiality requirements.
