Daily Duties at Parkdale America:

- Reported directly to the Plant Manager. Interviewed, hired, disciplined and motivated production team and trained new employees on production techniques and procedures. - Managed four supervisors directly over four twelve-hour shifts. Coordinated and scheduled preventative maintenance. - Responded to production problems and issues. Maintained parts inventory and reordered when necessary. - Met with vendors to discuss opportunities for improvement in the process and found ways to continuously reduce operating costs. - Coordinated running schedule and customer demands with production planning department.
