Daily Duties at Parkdale America:
- Reported directly to Executive Vice President. P & L responsibility for plant producing $24,000,000 in sales annually. - Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing including safety, quality, human resources, preventative maintenance, planning, and customer service. - Responsible for 4 supervisors on a 24 hour 7 day continuous operation as well as HR Manager. Total Plant Complement was around 75 Associates.
