Daily Duties at Spectrum Healthcare Resources:
Maintained responsibility for recruiting healthcare professionals, attending to their Human Resource requirements and managing clinic development for the largest region in the company. • Sourced candidates and coordinated the presentation of candidate profiles to executive staff. • Communicated with regional employment specialist to identify clinical staffing needs. Screened, interviewed and hired adequate support staff for successful clinical operation. • Served as the point of contact for any Human Resources concern to a staff of over 130 physicians and healthcare extenders. • Intermediary between the healthcare providers and the executive staff of 12 hospitals, as well as all departments at Spectrum Healthcare Resources. • Monitored Affirmative Action compliance for over 30 separate clinics within the 12 hospitals and coordinated these efforts with the Director of Human Resources for each facility. • Coordinated all actions of establishing a physician’s clinical environment including support staff, equipment acquisitions and generating clinic templates.
