Daily Duties at The South Bend Clinic, Llp:

My responsibilities included the development and implementation of all marketing initiatives and practice development strategies. Reported directly to the Executive Director. • Constructed annual marketing plan that included tactics to improve Clinic presence in the community and generate new markets focused on physician practice development and increasing market share. • Coordinated community involvement programs in conjunction with nationally recognized organizations such as The March of Dimes, Ronald McDonald House and The American Cancer Society. • Implemented and managed a concierge service in conjunction with a process improvement task force targeted at improving patient satisfaction outcomes. • Acted as the Patient Advocate and developed strategies for conflict resolution and systematic diffusion of volatile situations. • Primary administrator on the recruitment committee responsible for sourcing, screening and conducting preliminary interviews for all physician candidates. • Developed quarterly advertising campaign to improve physician recruitment. This focused on a targeted demographic of physicians to generate the highest yield of viable candidates, resulting in the expansion of numerous specialty departments. • Conducted preliminary screening of candidates and established interview protocol for all visiting physicians and developed a welcoming committee service providing an overview of area attractions/interests with all non-physician clientele. • Created an annual recruitment guideline that is founded on clinic statistical data, community demographics and trending projections. • Established and managed an on-sight physician credentialing department to complete, monitor and maintain physician files electronically while acting as liaison between collections, insurance companies and customers.
