Daily Duties at Carrabba's Italian Grill / Bloomin' Brands ( Osi Restaurant Partners ):
As the Proprietor I am 100% responsible for the day to day operation of the restaurant and everyone in it, including our customers. I am responsible for the physical plant, all repairs and maintenance and all financial aspects of the operation. I am also responsible for the timely submission of monthly and budgets, forecasts and an annual business plan. I report directly to the Joint Venture Partner.
