Served international supplier of automotive headrests and center consoles. Piloted team of 9 direct reports driving Human Resources operations; acted as HR business partner for headrest business segment that employed 2.8K personnel throughout the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Poland, and Czechoslovakia. Created and implemented strategies to support business objectives, while leading efforts to manage costs and enhance diversity throughout the organization. Successfully implemented SAP HRIS and negotiated union contracts in low-cost countries.
